  • Nominees must complete a free hearing test with HearingLife Canada by Oct. 14 at 5 p.m. ET.
  • HearingLife Canada clinicians/audiologists must confirm need for hearing aids for nominee to be eligible to win.
  • 5 winners will be selected through random draw of eligible nominees.
  • Nominees selected through random draw must respond within 48 hours with a signed contract and questionnaire form filled out to become a winner. Winners will be announced on Oct. 27, 2022.
