We are open Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 4:30 for supplies and making appointments. The knowledgeable hearing professional is here two days a week ready for appointments and questions.

Our hearing aid specialist is available to provide information meetings at local facilities. We are located at 232 Kent Street West, in the Reeds Plaza, on the north side. 

Our hearing center in Lindsay, ON offers no cost hearing tests by a certified hearing healthcare professional. Our Staff

  • Kelley Keene

    Audiologist

    Kelley has an undergraduate degree in Health Sciences and Psychology and graduated with a Masters’ degree in Audiology from the University of Western Ontario in 2013. Upon graduating, Kelley worked briefly in Kingston before settling in the small town of Peterborough with HearingLife (formerly ListenUP! Canada). She currently shares her week between the Peterborough and Lindsay locations. Kelley inherited hearing loss as a gift from her father’s side of the family and currently wears two hearing aids. If you can’t find her in her art studio working on a one-of-a-kind you will find her in the kitchen exploring new recipes and ingredients to cook with.

  • Veronica Lopes

    Audiologist

    Veronica has a deep passion for Audiology as her younger brother was born profoundly deaf and currently wears a Cochlear Implant. She has always been interested in this field and completed an undergraduate degree from Long Island University in 2005 in speech and hearing. Upon graduation she worked at the Hospital for Sick Children as a Communication Disorders Assistant; which inspired her to pursue her Masters degree in Audiology at Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS. After graduating from Dalhousie in 2011, she started working for HearingLife (formerly ListenUP! Canada) in Ajax and surrounding areas. She now works in the Peterborough and Kawartha regions. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young boys as well as playing golf any chance she can get.
