Our welcome program provides you with support, tips, and advice on how to get the most out of your hearing aids. This ensures that you get off to a good start with your devices.
90 day return policy
In order to make sure that your hearing aids are the right fit for you, Hearinglife gives you the opportunity to test your hearing aids out for 90 days before committing to your purchase.
90 day exchange policy
Once you start wearing your hearing aids, you have 90 days to decide whether you want to exchange them for a different hearing aid model or style.

To ensure your hearing aids are always kept clean and in good shape, our hearing care professionals are available to clean them for you. You can also learn how to clean them yourself at home:
Free hearing aid fittings and future adjustments
As you get used to your hearing aids and the way in which you wish to hear through them, your hearing care professional can program and / or adjust them to suit your hearing needs.
Free hearing aid repairs
Like everything in life, your hearing aids may need servicing from time to time in order to ensure that the internal components are working optimally. Book your annual hearing aid service appointment.
Free batteries
Receive complimentary hearing aid batteries* for the duration of your aftercare warranty. For rechargeable hearing aids, get up to two battery replacements per aid. For non-rechargeable hearing aids, get three years of disposable batteries in one-year installments. Are you a premium hearing aid user? Your hearing aids can be shipped to your home—free of charge!
Free domes
Your hearing aid domes are carefully designed to be cleaned and reused. Should you need an extra supply or replacement, you can request free domes* at your local clinic.
Loss and Damage Coverage
With HearingLife's Loss and Damage Insurance, you are fully covered if you lose your hearing aid and require a replacement. This coverage will fully replace the hearing aid if lost or damaged beyond repair one time in the first 2 years for each device.

Regular service check-ups
Our professionals recommend checking your hearing aid at least every 18 months in order to make any necessary adjustments and ensure that you are getting the most out of your hearing aids. This service is free for 3 years from date of hearing aid purchase.
Free in-person consultations
In order to provide guidance at every step of your journey, we provide follow-up consultations, which can serve to: address your hearing health concerns, educate you about the latest hearing technology, and provide reliable follow-up care.
Online consultations / self-guided resources
HearingLife provides convenient, online consultations so that you can talk to a hearing care professional from the comfort of your own home - either online, by phone, or by sending us an email. We have also developed a compilation of self-guided resources online.
