What’s included:
Lifetime Complimentary In-Clinic Care
For the lifetime of your hearing aids, you are entitled to receive regular hearing assessments, complimentary hearing aid verifications, adjustments, modifications, in-clinic repairs, clean and checks, and loaner instruments where suitable.
Wax guards and domes are also included for most devices. See your Terms of Sale for full details.
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
For a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your hearing aids, HearingLife will adjust, repair, remake or exchange them for an alternate model until you are satisfied or refund the full cost of the purchase.
All-Inclusive Warranty
Hearing aids purchased at HearingLife are covered by applicable manufacturer warranties for defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and exclusions. Most hearing aids are covered for 3 years. See your Terms of Sale for full details.
Loss and Damage Insurance
HearingLife will provide one replacement per hearing aid if it is lost or accidentally damaged beyond repair, with a deductible. Most hearing aids are covered for 2 years. See your Terms of Sale for full details.
3 Years Supply of Batteries
For a period of 3 years from the date of purchase, HearingLife will supply the batteries for your hearing aids at no additional cost.
Rechargeable devices may have different replacement support options.
Daily Walk-In Hour
Daily walk-in hour is available from 1–2 pm for clean and checks, hearing aid adjustments, minor repairs, Bluetooth® pairing, app troubleshooting, and supply pickup, subject to clinic availability. No appointment is necessary.
