Ramia graduated with a Doctorate in Audiology from Northeastern University in Boston. She has been practicing for over 10 years and patient care and comfort is her top priority. She is passionate about hearing and understands the diverse needs of her patients. Ramia believes the most important step with aural rehabilitation is the follow-up care after hearing aid fittings. Ramia is certified in tinnitus management offering evaluation and management, group and individual counselling sessions and assistive listening devices.

Jocelyn joined the NexGen Hearing team in Squamish in 2015 as a Customer Care Representative. Born and raised in Squamish, she has grown up enjoying all the outdoor recreational capital of Canada has to offer. Jocelyn completed her certificate as a MOA (Medical Office assistant) in 2016. Jocelyn’s ambitious nature let her to become certified as an Audiometric Technician in 2017. This enables her to test patients’ hearing, perform earmold impressions, perform performance checks on hearing aids, and service hearing aids. She greatly enjoys working in a clinical atmosphere.
