Bluetooth® is a wireless communication technology which allows for the transfer of data between two or more small electronic devices (without the use of cords). Works up to 10 meters or less.

Receiver-in-the-ear (RITE Hearing Aids)

One popular type of hearing aid is the RITE (Receiver-in-the-ear) model. 

  • Suited for mild to profound hearing loss
  • All components are housed behind the ear with a clear tube leading to an earpiece that fits inside your ear

In-the-ear

There are five types of in-the-ear hearing aids, ranging from the invisible-in-the-canal to the full shell in-the-ear hearing aid:

Another example is our RemoteCare app. It allows you to have a remote consultation with your hearing care professional. This means that you can connect remotely to your hearing care professional for follow-up appointments (through the app's video and audio capabilities). If needed, your hearing care professional can also adjust your hearing aids remotely through the app.
