    Hearing Instrument Specialist

    Shirley is a highly motivated clinician who is compassionate, caring and empathetic. She is committed to helping patients improve their quality of life through better hearing. Shirley believes in taking the time to really listen to her patients, and understand their individual needs.

    Shirley has over 10 years of experience with customer service, support, and team work in both the private and public sectors. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from working in industries such as public health and post-secondary education. Fulfilling a dream to work in the hearing industry and help people every day, she graduated from the Hearing Instrument Specialist program at Conestoga College and is currently a proud member of the HearingLife (formerly ListenUP! Canada) team.

    Shirley appreciates the importance of family and healthy living. When she is not cheering on her children at a hockey rink or swimming pool, she is squeezing in a workout, or reading a good book!
