My hearing aid repairs are in-progress, how can I obtain them?
We’re sorry for the trouble! We are working on a special process to receive, program and ship your hearing aids from an alternate location. To check on status, email telesupport@hearingaidhelp.ca or call 1-833-835-3787
What happens to my expiring warranty or hearing aid trial during the closure?
Clients with a warranty or trial period that was set to expire March 1st or later will receive an automatic extension by 3 months.
What happens if I need urgent repairs?
As we are gradually opening our clinics starting 1st week of June, we encourage you to get your hearing aid repairs done at your local clinic by booking an appointment online or calling your local clinic.
