Our clinics are gradually reopening

In accordance with public health directives we are happy to announce that we are resuming our activities in some of our clinics on a by-appointment basis. Drop-off and pick-up services are also available by appointment. We are not accepting walk-ins for the time being.

Clients with existing appointments that were postponed due to COVID-19 will be contacted to reschedule their appointments.

As we are gradually opening our clinics starting 1st week of June, we encourage you to get your warranty supplies form your local clinic by booking an appointment online or calling your local clinic.

You can also purchase hearing aid supplies on our HearingLife Shop webiste.

When will your clinics reopen?

Unfortunately, we can't provide a precise date at this time. We will reference Canadian health authorities to determine a safe date to reopen. Feel free to visit this page and our website for up-to-date reopening information.

My hearing aid repairs are in-progress, how can I obtain them?

We’re sorry for the trouble!  We are working on a special process to receive, program and ship your hearing aids from an alternate location.  To check on status, email telesupport@hearingaidhelp.ca or call 1-833-835-3787

 

What happens to my expiring warranty or hearing aid trial during the closure?

Clients with a warranty or trial period that was set to expire March 1st or later will receive an automatic extension by 3 months.

 

What happens if I need urgent repairs?
