We have unified clinics from Nova Scotia to Vancouver Island, under one name: HearingLife; with one promise: Helping more Canadian Hear Better. In the end, we hope to improve the entire client experience as across Canada we unite behind one simple vision: To help more people hear better.

When you visit to your HearingLife clinic, you will still be greeted by the same friendly staff who test your ears, tune, and tweak hearing aids, and guide you along the path to better hearing.

 Why are you changing your name?

As a group, we have grown to over 250 hearing clinics across Canada but we sometimes operate under different clinic names. This can make it difficult for our clients to know where they can go for hearing support should they need it when they travel or should they wish to refer a family or friend to us in a different province. With the name change, we hope to improve your entire experience, as all across Canada we unite behind one simple vision: To Help More People Hear Better.
 

 

How does this affect my account and service with my hearing centre?

There are no changes that will affect your account or services with us. As always, we provide the best hearing solution to the hearing loss, budget, and lifestyle needs of each client. 
 

 

Do you still offer the same products and services?

Yes, we still provide the latest in hearing aid technology and best-in-class service. Being part of HearingLife allows us to offer many benefits such as free hearing testing, and partnerships with many national organizations. 
 

 

What about my hearing centre staff? Is that changing?

This name change doesn’t involve a change of staff in your hearing centre, or behind the scenes at the HearingLife head office. Our dedicated professionals are still here to help you reach your full hearing potential.
